John Froedge

Area Manager

John is currently the Area Manager for the Vibra-Tech Nashville office. He is responsible for all day-to-day operations including client development, field work, damage claim investigations, public relations, project bids and cost analysis. John works directly with clients to generate proposals from leads and subsequently manage their projects.

Professional Background:

During his career at Vibra-Tech, John has built a broad range of experience across the company including equipment manufacturing, staffing, consulting/homeowner relations, troubleshooting equipment and software management/development. He began working as a Field Technician in the Vibra-Tech Atlanta office in 2014, then transferred to the GeoSonics Florida Shop where he built monitoring equipment. John then moved to Nashville in 2018 where he served as the office administrator and field technician before accepting the Area Manager position in 2020. John has organized multiple large monitoring projects in Nashville and the surrounding areas.

Social Media Data Center: Gallatin, TN

Before construction of a new office location began, the site needed to be cleared using blasting. With nearby residential neighborhoods in close proximity, Vibra-Tech conducted pre-blast inspections of adjacent homes. Vibration and sound monitoring equipment was set up onsite and data was collected during all blasting events.

Tank Monitoring: Tennessee & Kentucky, Alabama

Vibra-Tech installed tank monitors in various locations throughout Tennessee and Kentucky, West Virginia, Alabama, Indiana and Florida. With these tank monitors, John is able to provide an accurate inventory system to measure quantities of liquid emulsion in dozens of sites across the country. Data is then reported to a website and mobile application for the client to view.

BNA Vision: Nashville, TN

Vibra-Tech used Re:mote tilt and settlement monitoring stations to ensure project safety on the BNA Vision airport expansion project. In multiple instances Vibra-Tech was able to report the movement of columns throughout the airport while excavation occurred nearby.

Re:mote and On-Site Monitoring – Tennessee

Vibra-Tech conducted Re:mote and on-site monitoring of blasting, dust, sound exposure and weather conditions. Vibra-Tech also responded to neighbor complaints and completed compliance reporting to state & local regulatory agencies.
