Focus:
Phyllis has over 18 years of experience with Vibra-Tech in the St. Louis, Missouri office. Over her career, Phyllis has consulted on various large-scale site developments, highway projects, levee repairs, mining operations and public works projects. Her experiences include providing expert testimony for public meetings, city/county council meetings and court cases. She also teaches classes in vibration monitoring for the Missouri blasters' licensing program, as well as for the state and local regulatory and enforcement personnel.

Phyllis began as a field representative in 1991, became the operations manager in 1996, and is now Vice President and Area Manager of Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc. in the Missouri office. She is also a member of the Board of Directors.
